We’ll start by having you fill out our contact form with as much detail as you can about your business. This allows us to understand your needs and how we can serve you best. From there, we’ll schedule a consultation call to dive deeper into your brand, hear your vision, and explore the strategic ways we can help you grow.
If we’re the right fit, we’ll begin the onboarding process. You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to help define your brand goals, colors, fonts, and voice, as well as our contract and invoice. We’ll then connect on a call to walk through your questionnaire together, ensuring we’re fully aligned before moving forward.
Next, we’ll schedule your content session or schedule a due date for you to provide any photos and videos in our shared workspace. If we’re capturing the content for you, we’ll send over a detailed shot list ahead of time — and your finalized content will be delivered within one week of the session.
Once your content has been captured or received, we’ll upload it for your review and approval. From there, we begin posting according to the strategy designed for your business. Content will continue to be batched in 1–2 week intervals for your approval, ensuring consistency and alignment. You’ll receive a full analytics report after the first month, followed by quarterly reports to track progress and results.
Our lowest package price is $2,500/mo. We understand that budgeting within business is so important, so we do offer different payment plans!

Yes! We offer payment plans between 2-6 months and we require a minimum time commitment of 3 months.
Content delivery depends heavily on the type of package you select! We deliver content between 1-3 weeks and we batch content 2 weeks in advance for our clients.
Each of our packages requires a 3-month time commitment to ensure that we are able to achieve the best results for your business while also tracking the analytics of what works / doesn't work for your specific business.
